- The Superintendent's primary role will be to supervise all phases of construction, from ground-breaking through project close-out.
- Candidate must show strong leadership and organizational skills, have the ability and knowledge to maintain the highest safety standards, and capable of efficiently managing field and inter-office relationships.

- What you'll be responsible for -
- Knowledge of building requirements, as well as experience with construction methods, technology, equipment, and work procedures.
- What you'll need -
- Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA certification a plus but not required)
- Proficiency with Procore® construction project management software preferred but not required
- Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards
