About the role
- Management oversight of the Instructional Technology student program, college programs, and other staffing development programs
- Serve as a site leader including filling leadership roles in the site duty team, emergency response organization, and outage organizations.
- Four years professional related experience.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with fleet counterparts to maintain the management oversight of the Maintenance, Radiation Protection, Chemistry, and Engineering Training Programs in accordance with site, fleet, and industry requirements
- Maintain active involvement with INPO/National Academy for Nuclear Training evaluations and assist visits, industry working groups, Training Program Review Board activities, industry trend analysis, and monitoring of training effectiveness
- Maintain accreditation at each renewal
Requirements
- 4 years of experience providing oversight for accredited nuclear training programs required
- 4 years of mid-level manager (or higher) nuclear leadership experience required.
- Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications may be considered towards some applicable experience of above skills
