Responsibilities
- Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization
- Defines and drives (proactive) customer management, employee management, safety management, interpersonal relationship and leadership skills
- Can operate with autonomy in a complex environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Ensures cost/revenue support the financial goals of the P&L
- Demonstrates leadership behaviors across organizational boundaries of candid communication, collaboration, developing people, embracing DEI and innovation
Requirements
- Some local travel required within the region and customer sites (Xylem Vehicle Assigned)
- Ability to obtain all required customer clearances
- 2 to 4 years of technical work experience or 5 years of industry specific experience
- Combined with 5-7 years of leadership/service management experience
- Proficiency with computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, cloud-based solutions
- Mechanically minded and/or with knowledge of water systems is very helpful
- To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Industrial or commercial process water experience preferred
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 plus bonus.
