- Your Opportunity Based in Meekatharra, the Housing Case Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting families, women and their children to achieve stability, independence and improved wellbeing within a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments, including pre-tenancy interviews, and manage housing and tenancy waitlists.
- Deliver tailored, trauma-informed case management and develop person-centred plans to support client goals and housing outcomes.
- Provide wraparound support through advocacy, referrals, and coordination with internal and external services.
- Build strong, culturally safe relationships with clients to understand and respond to their immediate and long-term needs.
- Support tenancy establishment and maintenance, including move-ins, property care, accessing essential services, and NILS loans.
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes, reports, and documentation, contributing to program compliance and service outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver trauma-informed care and manage complex client needs autonomously.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Free external, confidential counselling and access to chaplaincy support

Requirements
- First Aid certificate desired but not required

Nice to have
- Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate IV preferred) or degree in community/human services with demonstrated experience in case management.
