About the role
- Responsible for Service knowledge management process across campus, including maintenance of public and internal service documentation.
- Provide scheduled and on-demand reports and metrics.
- 2 or more years managing IT Professionals.

- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline operations and optimize strategy.
- Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
- Maintain a support desk that services both corporate and branch personnel.
- We seeking for Information Technology Speciallist planned and ad hoc training sessions for ServiceNow user community and maintain online training materials.
- Develop project documentation and customer communications.
Requirements
- College or best Bachelors degree.
- Experience with the Information Technology environment and culture.
Compensation
- $50k-$65k
