About the role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Passionate about early childhood children and helping them learn about Jesus.
Ensures all Early Childhood classrooms are appropriately staffed for all gatherings, special events, and as requested.
Check in with Early Childhood classrooms prior to worship gatherings and assist/teach classroom lessons as needed.

Develops Victory Church culture of Early Childhood Ministry.
Recruits and develops Early Childhood volunteer leaders and teams.
Builds and maintains meaningful relationships with parents, families, and children, offering consistent care, communication, and support that extends beyond weekly gatherings.
Greets parents and children as they enter the VKids building.
Implements and champions Victory Church's Next Gen strategy within Early Childhood, ensuring existing curriculum and resources are executed with consistency, clarity, and excellence across volunteers.
Maintains departmental budgets.
Maintains correct information in Church databases (i.e., Planning Center).
