Responsibilities

  • from Day1; you will have ownership for your work plan from the beginning and will have important projects and responsibilities to deliver

Requirements

  • Ability to flex, extend, and rotate neck
  • The ability to work at heights & climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., on and around equipment.
  • The ability to meet the requirements of safe operation and personal safety, including wearing PPE and the ability to respond appropriately to various visual and audible alarms and signals
  • The ability to enter and work in enclosed areas.
  • The ability to work in extreme temperatures both hot and cold, generally in warehouse conditions including wide variances in temperature, dust and dirt.
  • Ability to position & move cases of product, bottles, connect hoses, handle glass flasks and bottles, etc. (may include grasping)

Nice to have

  • This is a non-management hourly paid position in our Technical Career System.
  • Relocation is not offered for this position.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant technical field
  • a technical degree/certification in electrical or electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as a good team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. ability to identify and resolve issues/conflicts effectively
  • Strong communication skills. ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and wear required personal protective equipment.

  • Participat ing in initiatives to identify and eliminate inefficiencies within technology zones
  • Act ing as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding the development and deployment of proven operational standards
  • Driving loss elimination and change management projects
  • Engag ing in technical projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall plant performance
