About the role

Under the supervision of the Associate Dean and Dean of the School of Nursing & Health Sciences, the Assistant Director of Simulation and Lab serves in both instructional and administrative roles.
The role also includes advising undergraduate students and active participation in faculty governance and accreditation efforts.
Endicott College is a vibrant community located on Boston's North Shore, with a beautiful oceanfront campus in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Collaborates with the Director of Simulation & Labs to manage and support the simulation and lab program.
Develops and oversees a standardized patient program across all programs.
Manages inventory and maintenance of lab and simulation center equipment.
Maintains warranty records and ensures the lab is equipped with state-of-the-art, fully functional technology.
Provides technical and logistical support for simulation sessions, including set-up, break-down, and operation of high-fidelity manikins and related equipment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Master's degree in Nursing required; terminal degree preferred.
Eligible for RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing practice.
Prior experience teaching in lab and/or simulation settings within a nursing program.
Expertise in generalist nursing competencies and standards of care.
Willingness to complete training in simulation education pedagogy and evaluation.

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $89,000.00.
