About the role

Responsibilities

  • Posting documents on internal site(s)
  • Support Talent Acquisition in hiring process, including creating offer letters for new hires or promotions and send via DocuSign, track, & file
  • Assist in drafting templates for HR documents, including letters, job descriptions, policies, and procedures
  • Support HR projects, and Montreal HR department as needed

Requirements

  • Be a quick learner and have ability to work independently and in teams
  • Comfortable with and have ability to self-learn technology (we used Macs!), and navigate through internal sites to update or post various types of information
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR

Compensation

  • Maintain digital files for artists and their documents, including offer letters, performance reviews, salary increases, and immigration
  • Support and track stages throughout artist lifecycle, including Onboarding, New Hire Orientation, Salary Changes, Promotions, Performance Reviews, and Off-boarding
