About the role

  • The Allina Health Cancer Institute (AHCI) is hiring an inpatient Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established oncology team in Minneapolis, MN.
  • The Allina Health Cancer Institute is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing team.
  • Team includes Hematologist/Oncologists and Advanced Practice Providers.

Responsibilities

  • This is an inpatient position. The role will manage solid tumor and hematology patients.
  • This includes well-being dollars, dedicated well-being navigators, and many programs, activities, articles, videos, personal coaching and tools to support you on your journey.

Requirements

  • Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program

Nice to have

  • New Graduates may be considered.
  • Prefer a minimum 2 years of experience in Oncology.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse
  • MN Board of Nursing required upon hire ( NP)
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner
  • American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty or Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
  • National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants within specialty required upon hire.
  • MN NP/PA license required upon hire.

Compensation

  • $135,096 to $164,216 per year
  • The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
