About the role
- The Allina Health Cancer Institute (AHCI) is hiring an inpatient Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established oncology team in Minneapolis, MN.
- The Allina Health Cancer Institute is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing team.
- Team includes Hematologist/Oncologists and Advanced Practice Providers.
Responsibilities
- This is an inpatient position. The role will manage solid tumor and hematology patients.
- This includes well-being dollars, dedicated well-being navigators, and many programs, activities, articles, videos, personal coaching and tools to support you on your journey.

Requirements
- Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program
Nice to have
- New Graduates may be considered.
- Prefer a minimum 2 years of experience in Oncology.
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- MN Board of Nursing required upon hire ( NP)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty or Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
- National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants within specialty required upon hire.
- MN NP/PA license required upon hire.
Compensation
- $135,096 to $164,216 per year
- The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
