Responsibilities
- Drive a more self-service analytics environment so teams can answer routine questions independently while staying aligned on metric definitions and business context.
- Lead the shift from static reporting toward AI-powered workflows - including anomaly detection, proactive insight surfacing, and natural language querying of GTM data.
- Build, maintain, and improve the dashboards, reporting layers, and metric definitions that leaders rely on for day-to-day decision making, forecast inspection, and executive reviews.

Requirements

- Proven experience working across the revenue lifecycle - pipeline, forecasting, bookings, renewals, retention, GRR, and NRR.
- Comfort working directly in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
- Experience defining business metrics, improving data quality, and establishing reporting governance across teams.
- Ability to move fluidly between detailed analysis and high-level business context, and to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Active, hands-on experience using AI tools to improve analytics workflows.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with dbt or SQL-based data modeling.
- Experience in a PE-backed or board-reporting environment.
- Exposure to CPQ workflows and subscription data.
