About the role
- You will play a pivotal role in identifying high-impact opportunities for AI integration and leading the internal adoption of technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Gemini Enterprise.
- This role is split 50/50 between traditional business analysis and internal AI evangelism.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and develop "As-Is" and "To-Be" process documentation.
- Collaborate with the rest of the AI Team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Support project planning, scoping, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and enablement materials (videos, guides, demos).
- Partner with executive leadership to promote top-down AI adoption strategies and cultural change.
- Act as a subject matter expert and first-line support for AI tools, addressing user questions and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or technology enablement roles.
- Proven experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, LLMs, and tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and/or Gemini Enterprise.
- Experience designing and delivering training or change management programs.
- ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with prompt engineering, AI governance, or AI literacy initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and M365 admin tools.
- Background in organizational change management or enterprise training.
- Experience working with AI analytics dashboards (e.g., Copilot Analytics) to track adoption and impact.

Compensation
- The Salary Range for this role is 130,000 - $160,000.
