Responsibilities

  • The Manager, AI Next Frontiers will serve as a key leader in shaping, building, and scaling next-generation AI capabilities across Marketing and Field Engagement within the US Pharmaceutical organization.
  • The Manager will contribute to the AI Next Frontiers roadmap, lead high-impact AI product initiatives across Marketing and Field Engagement functions, and drive the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions that unlock growth, efficiency, and innovation across the commercial enterprise.
  • Lead end-to-end AI product development across Marketing and Field Engagement functions, including ideation, design, development, deployment, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions integrated into the Engagement.AI ecosystem (WithMe CRM and Connext).
  • Support evaluation and management of external AI vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships across Marketing and Field Engagement pillars.

Requirements

  • PhD or Master's degree required.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and/or AI agents.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs across marketing and field engagement domains into AI product strategies and scalable solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.
  • Experience evaluating or working with external AI vendors and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience & Skills

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), omnichannel marketing ecosystems, field engagement platforms, and commercial execution workflows is a plus.

  • Strong expertise in modern AI technologies including Generative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI systems, NLP, and machine learning.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills across both technical and executive audiences.

Compensation

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $117,000 to $201,250 USD.
