Develop and maintain analytical queries, views, and data transformations using SQL and Python to support operational and financial analytics use cases.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that communicate trends, performance metrics, and financial insights to business and finance stakeholders.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Budget and Actuarial teams to support financial analysis.
Develop and document repeatable analytical processes and data assets to improve efficiency, accuracy, and governance.
Support enterprise initiatives by contributing analytical expertise to cross-functional projects and data modernization efforts.
Maintain documentation of business requirements, data definitions, and analytical methodologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models for business and financial users.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related field
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data sets.
Proficiency with Snowflake, including Snowsight, SQL-based analytics, and data exploration.
Strong working knowledge of Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
Ability to translate technical results into actionable insights for business and finance stakeholders.
Ability to interface with employees at all levels.
Ability to effectively navigate ambiguous situations with limited direction.
Experience supporting financial analytics, including cost analysis, performance monitoring, forecasting, or variance analysis.
Experience working in a modern analytics environment that emphasizes data governance, reusable data assets, and self-service analytics.
