About the role
- This position is within DLB's Mission Critical Department and focuses primarily on hyperscale data centers and related mission critical facilities.
- Will oversee and direct the ICT team/s to execute projects of complex scope and broader programs.
- Will contribute to and oversee growth and hiring within the ICT department.

- The ICT Associate Director will have the opportunity to collaborate with all design staff and oversee full cycle ICT design activities.
- Independently perform and / or direct advanced ICT engineering design and calculations.
- Guide and support teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing strategies to attract, develop, and retain a competent and diverse team.
