Responsibilities

  • Support field teams on denials/appeals guidance and training materials
  • Represent the company at coding committee meetings, government hearings, conferences, and payer engagements in the best way possible to drive increased market access for patients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA/MPH/MHA a plus
  • 10+ years in reimbursement, market access, or health policy with the majority spent in the medical device space
  • Fluent in CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding and CMS payment methodologies
  • Proven success in coverage expansion working directly with private and public payers on coverage for new product launches, label expansions, or newly approved clinical indications.

Nice to have

  • MBA/MPH/MHA a plus
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation

  • $172-$228K Base - Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
