- In this important role, you'll have the opportunity to provide essential counseling services to our patients as they work toward recovery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized patient care plans Provide individual and group therapy, focusing on evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust patient care plans as needed.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Experience working in the addiction treatment field is preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus!
