Responsibilities
- You will lead the execution of successful training solutions aligned with the specific needs of the business.
- Working closely with key stakeholders, you will design and deliver training, collaborate on development, evaluate training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement for upskilling our employees.
- Impact frontline employees and leaders to build new skills, improve their ways of working and strengthen their performance.
- Investigate new opportunities and develop effective training that is impactful and inventive.
- Use strong project management skills in developing outcomes that positively impact the business.
- Build and monitor training roadmap(s) for specific roles within the field business.
- Program Manager - Responsibilities Design programs that drive field effectiveness and provide upskilling opportunities for our employees.
- Own end to end new hire training from design to deployment (we will help with development).
- Work very closely with developers who will build your designs.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders; collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work.
Requirements
- What Impact Would You Have?
- A Master's degree in related field is preferred.
- Articulate - Your writing and communication skills must be strong.
Compensation
- $ 100,000-125,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.

- Differentiate the design of learning opportunities so new-to-career, new-to-role, or new-to- JCI employees can access information at various entry points.
- Use data to drive your learning design, and to evaluate effectiveness of training solutions.
- Hold learner interviews, focus groups, needs analyses and pilots to identify, address and redesign learning events.
- Use your exceptional project management skills to track and drive learning solutions tied to business needs.
- Own the end-to-end learning strategy to include needs analysis, iterative design and development cycles, deployment, measurement, and maintenance of your solutions.
- Deploy your learning solutions to JCI employees.
- Learning Experience Platform, and various learning management systems.
- Educated - Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning or related discipline.
- Flexible - Very comfortable with grey areas
