Responsibilities
- Job Duties: Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems and solutions.
- Build and implement RESTful services, focusing on scalability and reliability, using Java.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and design discussions.

Requirements
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, MongoDB, Redis caching with fallback mechanisms, and Hibernate/JPA optimistic locking. (3 years);
- Experience with serverless event-driven architectures with auto-scaling, deploying, and managing applications on AWS Cloud (3 years);
- Experience with distributed messaging, managing multi-tenant payment processing with reliable message delivery systems and event-driven architectures using Kafka messaging systems (3 years);
- Experience with establishing build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and release management using various systems and Jenkins/Groovy scripting (3 years);
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift (3 years);
- Experience with comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing with
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Datadog, CloudWatch, and ELK stack for centralized logging, proactive performance monitoring (3 years);
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Compensation
- $187,741.00-270,500.00 per annum.
- Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
