About the role

For purposes of this role, Rare Earth Elements (REEs) and Critical Metals refer to materials essential to KLA products and operations that face elevated supply risk due to geopolitical, regulatory, environmental, or market constraints.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring strong cross‑functional leadership and influence across a matrixed organization.

The Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for assessing, developing, and driving enterprise strategies to manage risk associated with critical and constrained materials impacted by legislative, environmental, and geopolitical forces.
This role combines program leadership with hands‑on stakeholder engagement, translating complex market and supply chain dynamics into actionable strategies, visibility, and decision support for cross‑divisional leadership.
Maintain deep expertise in critical minerals and constrained materials markets, continuously synthesizing supply, demand, regulatory, and geopolitical dynamics into concise, executive‑ready insights for leadership.
Prepare and present executive‑ready materials for senior leadership forums, including steering committees and executive reviews, to support strategic decisions related to constrained materials risk.
Lead complex, cross‑functional projects with rigor and discipline, driving execution, milestones, and accountability to deliver strategic objectives.
Partner closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, ESG, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of constrained materials strategies.
Navigate ambiguity and drive change in complex, uncertain, and rapidly evolving environments.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Materials Science, Mining, or a related field required
advanced degree (MBA or MS) and demonstrated experience in critical minerals, rare earth elements, or constrained materials supply ecosystems strongly preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, engineering, materials science, or related technical teams, with demonstrated exposure to constrained materials or complex, high‑risk supply ecosystems.
Working knowledge of global regulatory, trade, ESG, and sustainability risk factors impacting complex, multi‑tier supply networks.
Ability to travel, as the need arises, up to 20% of the time.
PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred.
8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree OR 6 years experience with master's degree OR 3 years experience with a PHD
OR equivalent work experience

$102,200.00 - $173,700.00 Annually
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
