About the role
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance calibrations and inspections to insure minimal disruption to the production process.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the site.
- Sets up, replace, and install process instrumentation with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Complete equipment history information files to document technical issues.
- Document mechanical or electrical problems that may disrupt the production process.
- The E&I Maintenance Technician, reporting to the E&I Lead and the Maintenance Supervisor, will provide service to inspect and calibrate process instrumentation, troubleshoot electrical equipment, and support repairs and replacement of equipment.
Requirements
- Must be capable of operating forklifts, trucks, scissor-lifts.
- AS degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Employee must have personal hand tools.
- Completion of electrician apprenticeship
- ISA or CWEA certification
