About the role

- Standing and/or sitting for extended and long periods of time, up to 100% of shift or over time.
- Our experts are available online, on the phone, at one of our more than 700 stores, or can even come to you.
Responsibilities
- We provide insurance, repair, replacement, installation and 24/7 support for everything from cellphones to laptops and household appliances.
- Support warehouse operations as well as any administrative tasks to meet quality and productivity metrics supporting overall business needs.
- Maintains inventory accuracy by researching and performing follow-ups when discrepancies arise
Requirements
- Confirm and support all required shipping and receiving protocols
Nice to have
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Skills
- Basic knowledge of supply chain integration, logistics network and warehouse best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to navigate and root cause opportunities to seek resolution.
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and adapts readily and easily to changes.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and set priorities
