Responsibilities
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Marketing to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Support teams to enable successful customer adoption, including creating training material and supporting key customer engagements.
- Drive product positioning and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and value articulation.
- Author detailed product requirements and user stories; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Marketing to ensure successful execution.
- Ability to collaborate and lead in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.

Nice to have
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within an enterprise software or SaaS environment, with 2+ years in a senior-level role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- graduate degree is a plus.
- Android, Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows Server experience a plus
- Completion of Pragmatic Marketing (now Pragmatic Institute) training is a plus.
