About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing management of AWS infrastructure to support high-traffic luxury automotive sales operations.
- Manage infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline application deployment, integrating with customer-facing and backend systems.
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining top-tier performance and scalability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud infrastructure engineers with a focus on excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing AWS infrastructure, preferably in high-availability, customer-facing platforms.
- Deep expertise with AWS core services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch, Kubernetes and IAM.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance with standards relevant to luxury consumer data (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Proficient in monitoring and logging tools.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or equivalent for automation.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and cloud architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills suited for a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with container orchestration technologies such as EKS or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional) strongly preferred.
