About the role
- You understand enough about EHR integrations (HL7, Epic workflows, LIS systems) to triage a technical blocker without needing to escalate every question to engineering.
- Your status updates are short and accurate.
- You have a demonstrated track record of driving to on-time and on-track results.
Responsibilities
- Own project timelines, milestones, risk tracking, and customer-facing status reporting
- Run weekly customer standups and drive accountability across clinical, IT, and revenue cycle stakeholders

Requirements
- Ability to triage technical blockers without escalating every question to engineering
- Track record of holding timelines accountable across large, multi-stakeholder organizations
- All candidates will be required to complete a background check upon acceptance of a job offer.
Nice to have
- Strong working knowledge of EHR environments (Epic preferred) and clinical or revenue cycle workflows
- HL7 or LIS integration familiarity a plus
- Revenue cycle, autonomous coding, or clinical AI experience a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet) preferred
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred
