- Manages Leaders of Leaders; accountable for training, development, performance, and career pathing
- Partners with recruiting to maintain external talent pipelines
- Builds client relationships and develops new business
- Maintains awareness of IT infrastructure, industry trends, competitors, and vendor strategies
- Maintains integrity while balancing client expectations, people development, and financial objectives
