About the role
- We are seeking an Asphalt Plant Groundman to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our asphalt production facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient plant environment while assisting with plant maintenance, material handling, and production support activities.
- - Perform general construction tasks throughout the asphalt plant, including loading and unloading materials, sweeping, shoveling, operating hand and power tools, and cleanup of materials and debris
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks throughout the asphalt plant, including loading and unloading materials, sweeping, shoveling, operating hand and power tools, and cleanup of materials and debris
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
- This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient plant environment while assisting with plant maintenance, material handling, and production support activities.
