The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Walmart Connect, Roundel Media Studio and Amazon Ads sponsored product and sponsored brand advertising, along with deep knowledge of keyword strategy, campaign pacing, and reporting.

Develop retail media and growth plans tied to client goals and category trends.
Build media and operational tactics based on those plans, launching campaigns across Walmart, Target, and Amazon.
Lead hands-on campaign management: daily budget pacing, keyword bidding, placement adjustments, and bid-strategy refinements.
Deliver regular performance reporting-monthly, quarterly, and mid-year-highlighting key business trends and category influences.
Maintain clear project prioritization and ensure all deliverables are coordinated and on-time.

A Skai Certification is required, demonstrating advanced skills in retail search management and optimization.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets-able to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present findings.
Strong communication skills with proven ability to simplify insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Organized multitasker-capable of prioritizing and managing workflows across multiple campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field preferred.

Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.
This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of SALT's total rewards program.
