Responsibilities

  • Develop retail media and growth plans tied to client goals and category trends.
  • Build media and operational tactics based on those plans, launching campaigns across Walmart, Target, and Amazon.
  • Lead hands-on campaign management: daily budget pacing, keyword bidding, placement adjustments, and bid-strategy refinements.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting-monthly, quarterly, and mid-year-highlighting key business trends and category influences.
  • Maintain clear project prioritization and ensure all deliverables are coordinated and on-time.

Requirements

  • A Skai Certification is required, demonstrating advanced skills in retail search management and optimization.

Skills

  • Skai Certification is required.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets-able to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present findings.
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to simplify insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organized multitasker-capable of prioritizing and managing workflows across multiple campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field preferred.

Compensation

  • The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000.
