Responsibilities
- Conducts complex management and organizational studies to evaluate policies, systems, costs, and operations; designs and recommends process, policy, and procedural improvements.
- Leads or participates in high-priority departmental/County-wide projects, serving as a liaison between various County divisions (e.g., Procurement, Budget, HR) to streamline project delivery.

- The Management Analyst performs a wide range of professional, technical, and analytical duties to support the operational and fiscal efficiency of assigned County departments.
- Maintains and monitors documentation for grants and other funding sources; ensures compliance with reporting requirements and assists in the application for new revenue streams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of professional-level experience in administrative, operations, or fiscal analysis.
- Complete required supervisor training, if applicable.

Compensation
- $61,339.00 - $96,866.00
