Responsibilities

- Aggressively develop and maintain new and existing relationships with various target audiences to help grow sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop a clear understanding and awareness of the designated market/area by conducting regular reviews of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT).

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' aggressive sales experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Post- Secondary degree in Legal, business or related field
- Minimum 8 years of legal and/or commercial real estate experience
Skills
- Proven exceptional presentation skills
- Strong initiative coupled with strong communication, time management and computer skills
Compensation
- 95,300 - 145,300 Any pay range is in $CAD.
- The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
