About the role

  • Project Summary AIS is seeking a Data Scientist for an AI Engineering contract supporting a federal customer in a hybrid role in the DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) area.

Requirements

  • Required For This Opportunity
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Data Science.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Python, Python DS Tech Stack (tensorflow, scikit-learn, pandas, etc.)
  • Must have experience with database systems.
  • Must have a Secret clearance

Nice to have

  • A certification in Data Science, AI, or another related certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Employment decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.

Compensation

  • At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member.The targeted base salary range for this role is $116,000-$174,000 per year.
