About the role
- We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for our Atlanta office.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of existing ServiceNow ITSM applications as well as implementation and development of new applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- This position is for full time employment with Configure Consulting and works normal business hours onsite and remote at various client locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform (help desk/service management)
- Support clients in ServiceNow operations like User/ Group administration, reporting, Metrics, SLAs, etc.
- Support and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's strategic goals
- You will be the ServiceNow expert working on SNOW projects for various clients and other IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance the service ServiceNow ITSM application.
Requirements
- 5+ years ServiceNow development experience (including some or all of the following: Core ITSM applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Custom Apps)
- Experience implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems.
