About the role

  • We're hiring a Field Project Manager to take ownership of day-to-day field execution.
  • This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who's relentlessly organized, calm under pressure, and equally at home on the jobsite and on the road.
  • You'll be the primary point of contact for builder project managers, accountable for keeping installs on schedule, on spec, and ahead of problems.

Responsibilities

  • Front-line contact for builder PMs and superintendents - answer the call, solve the problem, own the follow-through
  • Coordinating material flow: ordering, delivery timing, and staging against build schedules

Requirements

  • No degree required - we hire on capability, judgment, and follow-through
  • Regular travel to active jobsites and markets, including Greenville, SC and Braselton, GA (reliable transportation required)

Nice to have

  • Experience with builder/trade platforms such as SupplyPro or Procore is a plus
