Requirements
- Basic financial literacy and understanding of corporate capital structure and transactions is required
- Must have meaningful experience in one or both: (i) prosecuting or defending complex stockholder or commercial litigation

Nice to have
- Service as a Delaware Chancery Court or Delaware Supreme Court judicial clerk is preferred.
- Chancery Court, merger, fiduciary duty, and/or appraisal litigation experience is preferred.
