Responsibilities
- Assist existing staff to perform various general building maintenance and custodial tasks.
- Able to perform special job assignments outside the normal work scope.

Requirements
- General knowledge of facilities maintenance.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Must have basic computer skills and comfortable using Google products (Gmail/Google Docs/Google Sheets/Sites)
- Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 75+ pounds, with employee help or with proper equipment.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Jira a plus
- Having basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC a plus
Skills
- Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.
- The hourly range for this position is $21-$23.
Compensation
- Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
