Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff on a wide variety of infrastructure projects-from planning and design through bidding and construction.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring project schedules, budgets, technical quality, and team workload.
Develop and strengthen client relationships by proactively identifying new business opportunities through networking, thoughtful engagement, proposal preparation, and client presentations, supporting the growth of our regional business development program.
Partner with division leadership on strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management throughout the western U.S.
Take the lead for refinement and implementation of the firm's strategy, business growth plan, and day-to-day operations of our Boise office to achieve overall corporate objectives and ensure profitability.
You'll be helping grow a longstanding business while receiving the recognition and support your commitment to professional growth deserves.

Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Idaho (or ability to obtain such a license within 6 months)
10+ years of civil engineering experience
Project management experience including development of project proposals, scopes, budgets, and successful execution of engineering projects
Experience with strategic planning, client development, and operational oversight
