About the role

  • The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization's compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • This role supervises compliance staff, monitors regulatory changes, conducts audits, investigates compliance issues, and promotes a culture of ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the daily activities of the compliance team.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance risks and improve controls.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
  • May need to work additional hours to meet regulatory deadlines or support compliance initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
