About the role
- The Mechanical Designer supports industrial mechanical engineering projects by producing high ‑ quality design models and construction documents for process, piping, and mechanical systems. This role works closely with mechanical engineers and project teams to develop coordinated designs that meet project requirements, applicable codes, and client standards

Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical design and layout drawings using Revit, Plant 3D, AutoCAD, or similar tools
- Prepare plans, sections, details, isometrics, and schedules for industrial mechanical systems including piping, equipment layouts, and supports
- Coordinate design models with mechanical engineers and other disciplines
- Incorporate redlines, QA/QC comments, and design revisions
- Maintain organized project files and drawing sets
Requirements
- You are passionate about:
- Associate degree in drafting, design, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency with Revit and/or Plant 3D
- AutoCAD required
- Working knowledge of HVAC, piping, and industrial construction practices
- Support site visits, field verification, and as‑ built documentation as required

- 3+ years of mechanical design experience, preferably in industrial facilities
- Strong proficiency with Revit and/or Plant 3D; AutoCAD required
- Proficient in utilizing Autodesk Forma for project execution
