About the role
- We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Program Manager to co-lead Wellspring Community's in-person Day Program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, supporting instructional quality, supervising Teachers and substitute staff, and ensuring a positive, engaging
- The Program Manager works in close partnership with the other Program Manager, collaborating daily to ensure consistency across the Day Program. Together, they share responsibility for supporting teachers, maintaining program quality, solving operational challenges, and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

- This position oversees the participant scheduling process each trimester, balancing participant preferences, staffing, transportation, room capacities, and program resources to maximize participant success.

- This role includes a weekly work-from-home day after successful completion of the introductory period.
