About the role

- Schedule: This position will initially work Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- As business needs evolve, employees in this role may transition to a rotating 2-2-3 schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support CIP verification and validation activities.
- Audit and perform Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) activities.
- Ability to perform sanitation inspections, audits, and verification activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to review, document, and interpret sanitation records, inspection findings, and verification data.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Candidates must be available to support both the current Monday-Friday schedule and a future rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend, based on business needs.
- Other duties required by supervisor.

Nice to have
- Experience in food manufacturing, sanitation, quality assurance, or related technical operations preferred.
- Experience supporting CIP verification, sanitation programs, environmental monitoring, or sanitation compliance activities preferred.
