Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace structural engineering or related field
- Experience supporting structural analysis, test evaluation, and airworthiness or certification activities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working in DoD, federal, or aerospace engineering environments
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership through technical working groups, providing subject matter expertise and guidance on structural systems
Nice to have
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal programs, particularly Army or aviation programs
- Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools and structural analysis methods
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, OEMs, and government stakeholders
- Strong technical documentation, briefing, and reporting experience
- Familiarity with systems engineering, airworthiness certification, and structural test methodologies
- Advanced degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- experience with MBSE tools (e.g., 3DX) preferred
- Schedule: M-F; 8-5
