About the role

  • Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Execute the training and development strategy across clinical, administrative, and leadership functions.
  • Execute measurable learning outcomes and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director and P&C leaders to align training programs with talent management, succession planning, and organizational goals.
  • Utilize the ADDIE methodology in the design and development of training programs Utilize the Kirkpatrick methodology for evaluation development
  • We also provide nursing home support, care management, and in-home care through our Essen House Calls program.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Required to be in Bronx-based
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Organizational Development, HR, or Education preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning measurement frameworks Experience working in healthcare or a regulated industry preferred.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation

  • $100k-$120k
