About the role

Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Execute the training and development strategy across clinical, administrative, and leadership functions.
Execute measurable learning outcomes and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.

Collaborate with the Senior Director and P&C leaders to align training programs with talent management, succession planning, and organizational goals.
Utilize the ADDIE methodology in the design and development of training programs Utilize the Kirkpatrick methodology for evaluation development
We also provide nursing home support, care management, and in-home care through our Essen House Calls program.

Proficiency with LMS platforms and data analytics tools.
Required to be in Bronx-based
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Organizational Development, HR, or Education preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational effectiveness.
Strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning measurement frameworks Experience working in healthcare or a regulated industry preferred.

Stay current with emerging technologies, compliance requirements, and healthcare education trends.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
