About the role
- Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Execute the training and development strategy across clinical, administrative, and leadership functions.
- Execute measurable learning outcomes and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Director and P&C leaders to align training programs with talent management, succession planning, and organizational goals.
- Utilize the ADDIE methodology in the design and development of training programs Utilize the Kirkpatrick methodology for evaluation development
- We also provide nursing home support, care management, and in-home care through our Essen House Calls program.
Requirements
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and data analytics tools.
- Required to be in Bronx-based
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Organizational Development, HR, or Education preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational effectiveness.
- Strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning measurement frameworks Experience working in healthcare or a regulated industry preferred.
