Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and monitor a preventive‑maintenance program; ensure all work orders and PMs are entered, assigned, and closed in the CMMS system.
- Manage vendor contracts, purchasing, and procurement; evaluate performance against Lab policies and specifications.
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop assigned maintenance personnel; participate in hiring, selection, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Maintain records, logs, and reports on personnel, inventory, work requests, completed work, and safety issues.
- Capability to develop work schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In‑depth knowledge of building‑maintenance trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, fire‑alarm and sprinkler systems).
- Familiarity with building construction practices, codes, and laws governing commercial facilities.
Requirements
- Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret government security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, facilities management, construction management).
