Responsibilities
- Since 1976, we've been dedicated to meeting people where they are, working alongside them to provide person centered supports that allow people to live independently as possible.
- The Program Supervisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality services to individuals by combining direct support responsibilities with program coordination and administrative support.
Nice to have
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
- A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred.
- Person-centered, patient, and kind
- Observant and detail oriented
- Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team
- Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment
- Computer skills for documentation
