The role requires strong commercial leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders.
Work Environment & Schedule This position is considered a normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations.

3+ years of experience leading brands or account sales & building customer relationships with top tier retailers.
Strong leadership skill with ability to envision the future, engage/enroll stakeholders, & execute with excellence.
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with ability to sell with data, turning insights into action.
Strong financial competence, including proficiency in deploying trade and understanding of financial drivers.
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to collaborate and build effective partnerships at all levels of the organization.
Strong negotiation skills and persuasive selling skills.
Significant experience in building customer relationships, preferably in a CPG environment.
Physical demands include but not limited to
Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed.
Operate a computer and view screens for the majority of work schedule.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$164,200.00 - $205,200.00
