About the role

  • As a Plant Manager, you are responsible for overall operational results.
  • You will provide senior oversight in optimizing the daily operations of a facility while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and effectively.
  • You will bring a deep understanding of operational best practices, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple teams and shifts, coordinate resources, and streamline processes across departments and functions to achieve high levels of productivity, quality, and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
  • 10+ year's successful multi-functional Operations experience including management and employee development.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership or plant management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and inspire operational teams.
