About the role
- As a Plant Manager, you are responsible for overall operational results.
- You will provide senior oversight in optimizing the daily operations of a facility while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and effectively.
- You will bring a deep understanding of operational best practices, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple teams and shifts, coordinate resources, and streamline processes across departments and functions to achieve high levels of productivity, quality, and safety.
- Coach leaders and team members, provide clear feedback, attract top talent, build organizational capability, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead by example as a proactive change agent, cultivating a highly collaborative culture that unites teams and creates a burning desire to exceed shared business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
- 10+ year's successful multi-functional Operations experience including management and employee development.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership or plant management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and inspire operational teams.
