About the role

- Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers' high standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support.
- Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM.

Requirements
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments.
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.
- Driving License (Category B) required.
Nice to have
- local-language proficiency (if applicable).
- CRM tools, Must have: rental systems, or
- digital sales software.
- Must have: Driving License (Category B) required.

- Must Have: Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day.
- Must have: Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10-15 kg).
- Must have: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
