Responsibilities
- The Commercial Lines Property Casualty Broker Underwriter Drive growth and retention by managing broker and carrier relationships, servicing a current book of business, developing new market opportunities, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance and confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained.
- 5 years' experience in Commercial Multi-Line Insurance
- Recruiting Vendors must have a valid written agreement and received prior written authorization from an authorized Brown & Brown representative before submitting candidates for any publicly posted role.
Skills
- 2 - 5 years' experience in Commercial Multi-Line Insurance
- Sales and production driven mentality
- Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Compensation
- $75,000 - $100,000 Annual
- The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
