Responsibilities
- Vendor Management & Project Support:
- Manage relationships with janitorial, security, pest control, offices services, and other workplace vendors.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and training.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
- Possess troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex building system issues.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in mechanical spaces.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Compensation
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $48,200.00 - $77,100.00 per year.
- The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.
- Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
- New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
