Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Workday configurations, workflows, and overall system functionality
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems
- Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions
- Participate in testing cycles, deployments, system upgrades, and production support activities
Requirements
- Experience working with integrations, reporting, and system configuration in a production environment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Financials, or Time Tracking processes within Workday
Skills
- Exposure to advanced reporting or analytics capabilities
- Experience supporting custom applications or platform extensions
- Understanding of Workday security concepts and reporting tools
- Background working in environments with ongoing enhancements, integrations, or digital transformation initiatives
